Shipping Details

As we are a startup brand, we don't have a solid distribution model yet, because we decided to focus all of our energy and resources to produce unique highest-quality jackets, and the delivery time might takes 7-14 business days. This time might be a little bit longer for you, but keep in mind that our jackets was designed to last for many years, and we also offer 1 Year Warranty for you.

We ship directly from our factory partner and it's an international package. As it's by air, it's faster than regular international packages, and we ensure that you won't pay any extra customs tax or fees to receive your jacket, because it's already included on the final jacket price.

We also offer local warehouses in USA, Canada and Europe countries to make the return/exchange process easier and faster for you.

Return and Exchanges

Checkout bellow our return and exchanges conditions:

• • We offer Free Return if you want to cancel the order for any reason.
• • If your jacket doesn't fit you, our exchange process is simple and fast, and we ship for free the new size for you before the jacket even came back to us. Anyway, we strongly recommend you tell us your height and weight before your purchase to avoid any mistake.
• • If your package gets lost on shipping, our shipping insurance guarantees the refund of your payment or a new shipping shortly thereafter, depending on your choice.
• • If you want to cancel the order because of the Post Office delayed the delivery, you have to first wait for the complete delivery, because anyway the package is already on its way to your home. Then, just deny the receipt and as soon we see in the tracking number that the package is returning for us, we refund you immediately.

Obs: our exchange process just refund the cost of your shipping to us, if the exchange reason is some mistake from us, defect or late delivery. Remember that we offer local warehouses to make the exchange/return process cheaper and faster. Anyway we cover the new shipping cost for you, which might be delivered faster if we have the new size available in our local warehouse. Otherwise we'll ship it from the factory again.

Our factory partner that produce and ship our models is located in China. But keep in mind that our models are exclusive and designed by our brand, following our high-quality standard and that's because we are one of the only brands of clothes that offer 1 year warranty.
